Prestige XL4 DTF Printer — 24" Quad Epson i3200 Industrial Direct to Film Printer Bundle

1,000 Pieces a Day.

The Prestige XL4 is the fastest machine DTF Station builds. Four Epson i3200 printheads deliver 133 sq ft/hour in production mode — roughly 1,000 garments in an eight-hour shift off a 24" web. This is contract-decorator and fulfillment-operation equipment.

At this volume the printer stops being the bottleneck and everything downstream becomes one: powder application, curing, film handling, and pressing all have to keep pace. Configure the line, not just the printer.

Why the XL4

• Four Epson i3200 printheads — 133 sq ft/hr, roughly 60% faster than the XL2.
• 1L bulk ink cartridges — mandatory at this consumption rate.
• Auto-wet capping — four heads park in cleaning solution while idle. With four i3200s in the carriage, clog prevention is the highest-value feature on the machine.
• White Ink Management System (WIMS) — timed white stirring.
• Passive + active auto-cleaning — 4-hour idle maintenance, scheduled in-run cleans.
• Head strike sensor — protecting four printheads.
• Auto ink alert + automatic film sensor.
• Attachment station — Printflo barcode automation and other production add-ons.
• Labeled board design — built to be serviced without pulling the machine.

Specifications

Note on RIP Software

The XL4 ships with DigiRIP Pro rather than neoStampa. This differs from the rest of the Prestige line. If you already run neoStampa on other machines and want a single RIP across the floor, the Arc 127 cutter configuration below includes a neoStampa add-on — talk to us before ordering so we can confirm the right licensing for your setup.

XL3 or XL4?

Different machines for different problems. The XL3 runs a 9-color extended gamut inkset at 60–80 sq ft/hr — buy it for color range. The XL4 runs four heads at 133 sq ft/hr — buy it for volume. Same chassis, same footprint, same weight. If your constraint is "we can't print fast enough," it's the XL4. If it's "the color isn't right," it's the XL3.

Choosing Your Configuration

Every XL4 configuration includes the printer, on-site training, RIP software, and the Eddy2 ink shaker.

• Supplies — starter bundle of film, ink, powder and cleaning supplies.
• Seismo L24R Shaker + L2 Fume Extractor — the shaker pairing for this machine. At 1,000 pieces a day, a batch oven is not a serious option; you need inline powder and cure with fume extraction.
• Arc 127 Cutter + neoStampa Add-On — full line: print, powder, cure, cut. For operations selling finished cut transfers at volume.

Color Gamut Consulting Support

At 1,000 pieces a day, a color problem is a thousand-piece color problem. Consistency across long runs — and across reprints weeks apart — is entirely a function of how well the RIP and ICC profile are built and how disciplined your process control is.

We build custom profiles for the XL4 and set up the linearization and ink-limit framework you'll need to hold color across shifts. On a machine at this throughput, that work pays for itself in avoided reprints within the first month.

Important Notes

• Warranty: use of non-DTF Station ink, film, powder, or supplies will void coverage.
• Freight: 580 lb crated. Dock or liftgate access required.
• Software: DigiRIP Pro is Windows only.
• Lead time: confirm current availability with us before committing production capacity.
