Prestige XL3 DTF Printer — 24" Triple Epson i3200 9-Color Direct to Film Printer Bundle
In Stock - Drop ships from manufacturer!
Three Heads. Nine Colors. Built to Order.
The Prestige XL3 runs three Epson i3200 printheads across a 24" web with the full extended inkset — CMYK plus Orange, Green, Light Cyan and Light Magenta plus white. It's the machine for shops that have outgrown compromise on color and want the head capacity to sustain it.
An honest note on the third head: the XL3 prints at 60–80 sq ft/hour, which is slower than the two-head XL2's 80–100. That's not a defect. The third head exists to carry the extended color channels and heavier white capacity, not to double throughput. If you want raw speed, the XL2 is the faster machine. If you want the widest gamut with the ink capacity to run it hard all day, that's the XL3.
Why the XL3
- Three Epson i3200 printheads — more channel capacity than the XL2 Pro, same 9-color inkset.
- CMYK + OGLcLm + White — extended gamut with dedicated head capacity behind it.
- 1L bulk ink cartridges — essential across nine channels.
- Auto-wet capping — heads park in cleaning solution while idle.
- White Ink Management System (WIMS) — timed white stirring.
- Passive + active auto-cleaning — 4-hour idle maintenance, scheduled in-run cleans.
- Advanced sensors — head strike, auto ink alert, automatic film detection.
- Attachment station — Printflo barcode automation and other add-ons.
- Adjustable belt speed, powder shaking power, cooling and suction.

Lead Time — Plan For It
XL3 units are made to order with an estimated 5–8 week lead time. This is not a stocked machine. Lead times are set by DTF Station and subject to change; we'll confirm current timing at the time of order.
XL2 Pro or XL3?
Both are 24", both run the 9-color inkset, both post the same 60–80 sq ft/hr and 350–500 pcs/day figures, and both share a chassis. The difference is head count and head type: the XL2 Pro pairs an i3200HD with an i1600; the XL3 runs three full i3200s. The XL3 gives you more headroom for sustained heavy-coverage work and spreads wear across more heads. The XL2 Pro is the lower entry point with fewer heads to maintain — and it's available without a 5–8 week wait.

Color Gamut Consulting Support
Nine channels across three heads is the most demanding profiling job in DTF, and the most rewarding. Getting Orange, Red, Green and Blue to engage correctly — rather than sitting unused while CMYK does all the work — requires custom separation built for this specific machine, ink and film combination.
We build those profiles. On a printer at this price with a 5–8 week lead time, arriving with the color pipeline already designed means you're producing sellable work the week it lands instead of two months later.
