36 Inches of Cutting Width.

The Arc 136 is the wide-format member of the Arc cutter family — built to keep pace with 36" printed output rather than forcing you to cut wide sheets down before trimming them.

If you run a Prestige X6, this is the matched cutter. Running a narrower cutter behind a 36" printer means splitting every sheet before you can cut it, which throws away the nesting efficiency you bought the wide printer for in the first place.

Arc 127 or Arc 136?

Width, and therefore what printer sits in front of it. The Arc 127 is matched to the 24" Prestige XL series. The Arc 136 is matched to the 36" Prestige X6. Buy the cutter that matches your widest printed output — a mismatch costs you material on every single sheet, permanently.

What It Does

  • Contour cutting — follows each design outline using registration marks generated by your RIP.
  • Gang sheet separation — one printed sheet becomes dozens of cut-ready transfers.
  • Wide roll handling — works inline with 36" roll-fed output.

Choosing Your Configuration

  • Cutter Only — the machine, for shops with existing cut-path capability and install expertise.
  • + On-Site Training — technician installation and operator training. Recommended.
  • + neoStampa Cutter Add-On — adds the cutting module to neoStampa. Choose this if neoStampa is your RIP.
  • + Digital Factory Add-On — the contour-cutting module for Digital Factory / DigiRIP.

One of the two software add-ons is required unless your RIP already generates cut paths and registration marks. Tell us what you're running and we'll confirm.

Pairs With

The Arc 136 is the cutter included in the top Prestige X6 configuration. If you're buying both, the X6 bundle is priced better than the two purchased separately.

Color Gamut Consulting Support

At 36" the margin for registration error is larger in absolute terms — small angular misalignment at one edge becomes a visible miss at the other. We configure cut-path generation and registration handling in neoStampa or Digital Factory alongside your color setup so print and cut stay in agreement across the full width.

Important Notes

  • Freight: ships freight. Confirm dock or liftgate access.
  • Software: requires contour-cutting capability in your RIP — see configurations above.
  • Full specifications: being confirmed with DTF Station and will be added shortly.
