The Prestige XL2 is DTF Station's production workhorse. Two Epson i3200 printheads in a CMYK + WWWW configuration deliver 80–100 sq ft/hour across a 23.62" print width — the point at which DTF stops being a machine you babysit and becomes a line you feed.

Four white channels is the specification that matters here. Most shops discover their white underbase is the throughput ceiling, not their color. The XL2 dedicates half its head capacity to white, which is why it holds speed on heavy-coverage work where lesser machines slow down.

Environment Matters on This Machine

Note the 35–65% RH operating window. At 24" wide and 100 sq ft/hour, humidity swings show up as banding and white-ink inconsistency far faster than they do on a desktop unit. If your shop runs dry in winter, budget for humidity control alongside the printer — it's the most common cause of "the printer got worse" calls we field.

Choosing Your Configuration

Every XL2 configuration includes the printer, on-site training, neoStampa RIP software, DTF Station Pilot, and the Eddy2 ink shaker. Warranty covers up to two printheads.

• Supplies — starter bundle: 2× 24" film rolls, CMYK ink (1kg each), White ink (2× 1kg), hot melt powder (3× 1kg), cleaning solution, isopropyl alcohol, lintless wipes, 7" cleaning swabs.
• Miro 24 Shaker — 24" inline powder shaker and dryer. The standard pairing; matches the printer's width and automates powder and cure.
• Seismo L24R Shaker + L2 Fume Extractor — heavier-duty 24" shaker with fume extraction. Choose this for continuous multi-shift running or if your space needs the air handling.
• Arc 127 Cutter + neoStampa Add-On — adds contour cutting to the line. This is the configuration for shops selling cut transfers or gang sheets rather than whole-sheet output.
