The Prestige R2 Pro is where DTF stops being a side hustle. Two Epson i1600 printheads push 30–35 sq ft/hour at 720 × 1200 production resolution — roughly 180 garments in an eight-hour day — from a machine that still sits on a bench rather than a factory floor.

The jump from single-head to dual-head isn't just speed. It's ink laydown headroom. Two heads let you run heavier white underbase and richer color at speed without starving the film, which is exactly the condition where a properly built ICC profile pays for itself.

Specifications

R1 or R2 Pro?

Both print 13" wide. The R2 Pro roughly doubles throughput (180 pcs/day vs. 64–86) and adds 1-liter bulk ink. If you're already turning away work or refilling ink more than once a week, the R2 Pro is the machine. If you're still validating demand, the R1 is the smarter first spend.

Choosing Your Configuration

Every configuration includes the printer, neoStampa RIP software, DTF Station Pilot, the full parts and accessories kit, and warranty coverage on up to two printheads.

• Virtual vs. On-Site Training — virtual is live and instructor-led. On-site brings a technician to your facility for installation and hands-on operator training, and carries broader warranty terms.
• Supplies — Quick Glide starter bundle: 13.78" × 109yd film roll, CMYK + White ink (1kg each), white hot melt powder, cleaning solution, isopropyl alcohol, cleaning swabs, lintless wipes.
• Phoenix Air 16×20 — curing oven. Batch curing; good for moderate volume or tight floorspace.
• Miro 13 Max Shaker — inline powder shaker and dryer. Powder application and curing in a single automated pass. At 180 pcs/day, hand-powdering becomes the bottleneck — this is the configuration most R2 Pro buyers should be looking at.
• PrintPro Tables — matched-height work surfaces for the printer and shaker, so film feeds flat between the two.
