The Prestige X6 is the widest and most capable machine DTF Station builds — a 36" six-head industrial DTF printer for operations where the constraint is how much film you can put through the building in a day.

The extra 12 inches of width over the XL series is not a small thing. On gang sheets it means materially better nesting efficiency: more designs per linear foot, less wasted film edge, lower cost per transfer. If you run gang sheets at volume, the X6 changes your material economics, not just your speed.

Every X6 configuration includes the printer, on-site training, neoStampa RIP software, and the Eddy2 ink shaker.

• Eddy2 + Software + On-Site Training — the machine and the essentials. Choose this if you already have shaking and curing capacity that can handle 36" output.
• + Supplies — adds the Color Prime starter bundle: film, ink, powder and cleaning supplies.
• + Seismo V36R Shaker + Fume Extractor — the matched 36" inline powder shaker and dryer with fume extraction. On a machine this wide, a narrower shaker is not a workaround; the widths have to match.
• + Arc 136 Cutter + neoStampa Add-On — the complete line. Print, powder, cure, and contour cut at 36". For contract operations selling finished cut transfers and gang sheets at scale.

Plan the Whole Line, Not Just the Printer

A 36" printer will expose every downstream bottleneck you have. Shaker width, curing throughput, film handling, floor space, three-phase or high-amperage electrical service, and freight access all need to be settled before the crate ships. Color Gamut Consulting Support

Six heads across a 36" web is the hardest consistency problem in DTF. Head-to-head variation, banding across a wide carriage, and color drift over long runs are all real risks — and all manageable with correct linearization, ink limiting and a properly built ICC profile.

We build custom profiles and neoStampa configurations for the X6 and set up the process controls to hold color across shifts and across reprints. At this equipment cost and this throughput, arriving with the color pipeline already engineered is the difference between the machine paying for itself and the machine producing very fast scrap.
