The Aries 124 is DTF Station's production UV DTF machine — four Epson i1600-U1 printheads on a 24" web, printing and laminating in one pass, turning out 1,000–1,500 finished pieces per eight-hour day. No separate laminator, no manual pressure adjustment, no heat press anywhere in the workflow.
UV DTF transfers stick to things garment DTF can't touch: glass, ceramic, metal, wood, leather, acrylic, PVC, packaging, 3D objects. It's a genuinely different revenue line, not an extension of your shirt business.
Read This First — Two Real Requirements
1. An air compressor is required and is not included. The cooling system needs one. Recommended spec: 500W with 8mm diameter tube. Budget for it and have it on site before installation day.
2. Check your electrical service before ordering. On 110V this machine draws 17.3A for the printer alone, plus 7.3A for the water container and 1.8A for the purifier. That is not a spare wall outlet — it needs dedicated circuits, and 220V service is the saner installation. Have an electrician confirm before the crate arrives.

Aries 213 or Aries 124?
The 213 is A3 (11.8" print width), 270 pcs/day, one printhead, purifier built in, no compressor needed. The 124 is 24" wide, four printheads, 1,000–1,500 pcs/day — and requires an air compressor and serious electrical service. The 213 is how you test whether UV DTF works for your market. The 124 is what you buy once you know it does.

Color Gamut Consulting Support
The Aries 124 runs an unusual inkset — CMYK plus four light inks (LC, LM, LK, LLK) plus White and Varnish. Light inks exist to smooth gradients and reduce graininess, but they only do that if the profile knows when to substitute them for their full-strength counterparts. Built badly, light inks just cost money.
Add substrate variation on top — the same file behaves differently on brushed metal, frosted glass, matte acrylic and coated card — and profiling stops being optional. We build ICC profiles and neoStampa configurations for the Aries platform with substrate-specific handling, so you can quote a job confidently instead of test-printing your way to it.
